    Solved "Thank you" feature

    Post by Fede1583 October 4th 2013, 11:20 pm

    Hello everybody,
I would love to add a thank you feature to my forum, so when someone wants to thank a member for his post, he can do it clicking on a "thank you" button.
My board uses phpBB and I've seen that both this forum and http://www.avacweb.com (both phpBB) have exactly the same feature I'm looking for so I guess it's possible but I don't know how.
    "Thank you" feature 9e49d9279667702

    "Thank you" feature C734d6279667704

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For first image , the thanks system is done only for AvacWeb community and LGforum don't share with us .

For second , just check that topic : http://www.avacweb.com/t996-how-to-add-styling-to-thanked-posts

Correct me if I'm wrong but the second link is to change the appearance of the thanked posts....but how do I activate this feature?
I want the members to able to thank multiple users in the same thread. Don't know if it's possible though.

Yes, you're correct you cannot thank multiple people in a post. That would only be possible through the reputation system. The thanks system only allows the topic starter to thank the most relevant post to their query.
