    Solved Back Ground color fading in/out

    When using Chrome the back ground color in my forum  seems to fade in /out.Even in this site the BG turns white and i believe its an image used here. I deleted cookies both in site and via browser,but that didn't seem to help .I view both sites almost daily and every thing  was fine until last night.  Anyone have a clue as to what is happening and what to do to sort said problem. I run windows vista.
    Note: the BG color should be a dark green #1b1f11

    I believe i just found the culprit . joy of allowing my children to use my laptop.
