Re: Litigation in French?
Hi
Does dpt = Department?
Be aware that the forumotion brand is ran out of France - If you were to get a litigation from the company, it would be in the language that you have selected in your admin panel.
For example, If English is selected, it would be in English, same for French, Czech, German, Portuguese, Spanish and so forth.
If this is coming from the 'Report an abuse' (and not in the index of your admin panel) then it's nothing to worry about.
You can use translate.google.com to translate from French to your local tongue.
Buttercup can speak fluent English and French, and I believe, French is her mother tongue, she is our communications officer back to the company.

Re: Litigation in French?
Hi if its a simple troll "Abuse" report located in the ACP under abuse reports then its nothing to worry about and you can simply mark them as read and move on. If you translate it and its something you'd like to ask here then feel free. However these trolls are just trying to get a worry/reaction out of you so, you should have nothing to worry about.Webmister wrote:She is a troll as has translated it in Google to french and its not an abuse.

Re: Litigation in French?
Its a Litigation for sure and she has managed to close several forums as hasnt defended themselves. But someone have made a severe threat via Google translation to me, so I just check why she who can english but not french, translate via Google for a litigation.Derri wrote:Hi if its a simple troll "Abuse" report located in the ACP under abuse reports then its nothing to worry about and you can simply mark them as read and move on. Does one get an email if its serious or one have to check the admin panel often?
When I do litigations on trolls it says "we will send them an email".
I never get any, only when I make them.

I believe we are misunderstanding what you are exactly referring to?

Re: Litigation in French?
Hi,
If they sent a litigation to forumotion, it can take up to 14 days for a legal officer to action on upon it, and they will only act on it, if there is a legitimate case of violation.
You will see a note from the legal team in the index page of your admin panel, you will NOT get an email.
If you have it in the misc, you can disregard this; this does not go to the forumotion office, only you read it.
