    Creation Type: Forum Buttons and Forum Header Banner
    Size (In Pixels): Suitable for the forum
    Primary Colors: You choose to make it the best.
    Secondary Colors: You choose to make it the best.
    Images to include: Minecraft Themed images
    Text to Insert : For the buttons they will be, "Home","Calander","FAQ","Search","Members","Group","profile","Messages","New Message"
    For the Banner:
    McAdvertisingList - Servers and more
    Font (Provide Download Link): You choose
    Font Color: You choose
    Link to My Forumotion Forum: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
    Name on forum: McAdvertisingList
    Link to your Last Graphics Request: None
    Proof of Forum ownership screen shot: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
    Detail description for your graphics request: I would like it to have a minecraft themed banner and icons.

    There are many requests to be finished so you are only allowed to have one request type per week. Everyone deserves a fair chance to have their request completed, so please don't flood the Requests forum.
    [Request Types: Banner, Background, Rank Set, Avatar, Signature, Userbar, Warning bar, Other image.] These are considered one type of request and you can only request one type of these in a request. Multiple request in a single request will be denied and deleted.

    Additionally, when you post your next request that is either your NavBar or your Banner alone, remember to use a valid screenshot, as demonstrated below:
