All new members can not post links!
The error message:New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.

Administration Panel -> General -> Messages and Emails -> Security -> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No and Press Save

Exactly... You are the administrator of your forum, it doesn't concern administrations of the help.forum. Its of YOURS!
Meaning you are the one who has to change it, and the way I told you to do.

Oh, users aren't able to post links within 7 days. Therefore, you have to wait. However, you can still post the links in multiple ways:

For example:
> help.forumotion. com
> help. Forumotion .com (You can just inform users that its all together).

ok....

Then you have to wait 7 days.
Nothing we can do about it.
