I'm trying to figure out how to delete my forum. I put in a request for the email to let me validate the deletion, but the link provided in forumotion's email is to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/. I can log in to utilize whatever is there, but there's no validation of forum deletion. You can edit the creator's information, which I do not need. You can restore a forum to a previous state, which I do not want, I want to delete it and the working url altogether. There's no validation of forum deletion though. I've been patient and waited a few days, I can wait a few more, but I would like a clearer way to delete a forum rather than given a link that does not let  me do so.

Hi,
ACP >> General >> Configurations Area >> Deletion Forum.
If that doesn't work, try sending a PM to Buttercup.
Regards,
Sir Chivas.

You have to be logged into your forum's administration panel when you press the deletion link in the email you get.

I've already done ACP >> General >> Configurations Area >> Deletion Forum, then waited for my email validation.Sir Chivas™ wrote:Hi,

However, please be aware that Buttercup won't be able to complete this till Monday since she doesn't work on the weekends, thank you.

I have just now done this by logging into my forum administration panel, then clicked the link from my email again. It was not different.ÂSLGray wrote:You have to be logged into your forum's administration panel when you press the deletion link in the email you get.

YOu should have gotten two emails: Â one saying that the administrator is deleting the forum, and one that has the deletion link.
I sent a pm to you.
