    I am currently trying to make an advertisement board on my forum guest friendly. 
    However after logging off and testing it myself, it says that guest cannot post links/email/images, etc. 

    How do I fix this?

    Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
    Unauthorize guests to post external links and emails:  No
