Internet crashed. How do we find unread posts?

One of our members has been on holiday and came back to two pages of unread posts, however as he was working his way through them his internet crashed. When he got back on he was "logged out", so after logging on again he lost all the posts he still hadn't read. Is it possible for him to find and view these posts somehow? Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid this isn't possible, his unread posts will likely have been marked read by the internet crash.

Thanks Derri, if you don't mind I won't mark this as "Solved" yet. Maybe the "techies" out there may know a way.

If for any reason you are logged off the forum with unread posts, they will show has read when you log back on again.
