    Are you talking about just the bakset or the whole moderation tool? I do not even see the moderation tool.

    I was wrong, the moderation tool was there.

    Solution:

    The reason why the basket image is not showing is because no forum has been picked for the basket.

    Administration Panel > General > Forum > Configuration
