Send a post report

Greetings everyone,

Just wondering how to enable the feature/option to report posts? I see the "send a post report" Icon In the pics management of the ACP, but can't find the option to enable It.

You can activate the reports here:
Administration Panel > General > Reports > Configuration

Set 'Report status' to at least members, and save.
