post counts missing maybe content ?

Im am an admin on www.gtir-motorsport-club.com ..... we often joke about how many posts we have etc i reached over 5000 posts and all of a sudden i have only 4500  also others have experianced post count loss of hundreds or less i am not sure if we have lost any data as our site is quite busy with a few hundred active users ..... i have read and searched on here but found no answer ..... i have also tried re sync users several times but if anything it took the post count lower ?

Have any users been banned recently?
If so did you use the option to remove all of those posts?
In The ACP you can view a change log of administrator actions. (posts moved, deleted, logged on, ECT)
The only way i can thik this is occuring is if a user was banned and then all the posts they made where.

This is what has got me confused as ive checked all that and no real big change only me making members  part of an active member group when they have reached 50 posts .... other than that nobody has been banned or deleted posts .... i am a total loss ....

Was it 5000 posts on a thread or in total?

5000 in total post count on my profile that all of a sudden went down to 4542 ....other occured similar drops in post counts .....?

Did you check the moderation tab next to the admins log?

Also when did this happen exactly?

It was a server error few days, maybe this is the cause.

I have checked the forum and the total number of posts is very stable

Numer of post	30237	30057	29998	29096	26192	23242

The foundation and the moderators often clean up their forum by deleting some topics.
