On my website I am trying to set up the chatbox. However, I cannot due to the fact that whenever I pressed for the chatbox to be displayed, to be on the top of the page, and then hit validate it did nothing. Help would be amazing ^^

What do you mean it does nothing? Have you tried using another computer?

I tried using my grandmother's. It just hit me though...I could try internet explorer cause both times were through google chrome

PLease try it. Also clear your cache & check.
