I have lost control of my forum, please help me recover it

Good day!

Can someone help me in recovering my forum? We haven't used it for awhile and I forgot the password >__<. I'm the owner of the forum but the 'The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security' is active therefore I cannot reset the password.

Could any MOD change that setting for me or help me directly to solve this issue?
