Detail description for your graphics request: I would like it oval shaped with the Member's name on it and below their name  please write BA Staff. I would like it to look something like below. I am so sorry this is alot. I will have Angel's, Sadie's, and Marie's later today! I would appreciate this. Thanks so much and you do not know how much I will appreciate this. Please tell me if I filled out the form wrong. I had to do two snips because then it would have showed the emails and IPs which will not be fair for the other members.

So, are you wanting Avatars, is that what you are asking for? Or are you wanting rank images?

Here's what I came up with. I made 2 versions of the mod rank as I felt the green that you selected was to dark compared to the others.
