Hey there!
You can hide that by replacing the title of the forum named "Coding & Programming Forum" with the following HTML entity:Â
By doing so you replace the title with a space and the title is not displayed. ^^

That didn't work but I did this instead <strong></stong> and that removed both titles/headings and that is not what I wanted lol. I want it removed just from above the multiforums. I know it can be done because this support forum has it viewing correctly

Have you created the forum with multiforums in its description within a category? I believe that it deletes both titles of the forum and the category, because the forum has not been created within a category and is, therefore, the category itself.
If you add a category to your index, naming it "Coding & Programming Forum", and then move the forum with the multiforums into that category, it should solve the problem. :'D
