    Solved "Closed" forum but lots of guests

    Hello.  I help run a community of about 35 users - we have a system whereby new registrations are not allowed (unless we know who is registering and allow them) - and no boards are open to non-members.

    What is odd, though, is that we often show 10-20 guests, when they surely can't see anything except a login page.  Could it be that they can see the forum and read posts?

    They will only see the log-in boxes and a message that says, "You are not connected."

    Fair enough, thanks. Odd that there would be that many people looking at nothing.
