Better still, is it possible to call you and discuss the issue please? If you do not want the discussion public, please could you at least PM me the topic, so I do not have to type it all up again?

Finding my topic has been deleted without any explanation has left me feeling "trolled", its a bit big brother to use moderation of this nature, isn't it?

I cannot leave this issue unanswered as I must submit my findings to our users. If you want customers to continue using your forum, this is NOT the way to encourage them...
