I was poking around in the admin panel and could not find a way to limit smilies based on group. For example, I would like Group A to have access only to the Smiley 1 category, while Group B would have access to both the Smiley 1 and Smiley 2 categories.

Hmm weird. I think it would make sense for a limiter set up similar to how it is with signatures. Oh well. Solved - and thanks.
