I'm on my iPad Mini. When I go to a forum, like this forum, my forum, all Forumotion forums, I come to the mobile version of the site. When I click the little arrow, then «Classic version», it just redirects me to a site named «Free». This site is the forum URL, but it adds /undefined to the end of the URL. The only thing on the page is «You can return to the index...», and if I click on that link, it takes me back to the mobile site again.

I can't log in either. The same thing happens when I click the little arrow, then «Log in».

I can solve this problem by going to the Google Chrome browser on my iPad Mini and go to a forum, then click «Request Desktop version», which is an option included in Google Chrome Mobile, and I can also download the Puffin web browser, but I wanna use Safari.
Also, I'm not sure if others have this problem, but I don't think so, since it happens with EVERY Forumotion forum for me.

Please help me! This happened after I clicked «Delete forum cookies!» on MY forum, but I don't know why the heck it affects other Forumotion forums.

I've tried adding the Javascript code that disables the mobile sites and makes you instantly redirect to the desktop site, but it doesn't work now, but it worked before. And yes, I've ticked «Yes», and YES, I've saved.

I've also tried to backup my forum to the day it worked, but that didn't work at all!
I can't access the admin panel, I can't log in, and not only on MY forum, but I can't access the desktop site on ANY forum, and I can't login on ANY forum... I need to use Chrome and click «Request Desktop site»... Please help!

The same thing is happening to me with my forum, and others. I'm also using an iPad. But, it isn't just apple devices because it doesn't work on my Huawei smartphone either.

The temporary javascript solution thing isn't working for me either. I suppose we'll just have to wait for a member of staff to respond.

I use Safari and it works for me.

I didn't delete my forum cookies and am having the same issue so, that's not the cause.  I'm having the same issue with ALL forums as well. It's a huge issue for me because I'm mainly on my iPad. .-. I'm being forced to use Puffin but, I hate that it's such a slow browser and tends to freeze up.  I need my Safari.

I've been having this trouble as well on my iPod touch. When I try to log in, I replace the /forum with /login and it works luckily however it's really annoying that it the links from the bar don't work D:

I faced this same problem today however it was not on an ipad it was on a nook. And it was for all forumotion forums like you said. I just switched to my kindle and it worked fine there.

I've tried that javascript code many times already, it doesn't work.

And why do we have to wait until Monday?

I have tried on multiple forums and it does the same thing. I even had this problem on this forum, I had to go to https://help.forumotion.com/login. I am working on a new site and I am anticipating Monday!!

By the way, I am using a 3rd Generation iPhone 4.

Problem is the buttons aren't working in the mobile version, the home button, log in button and classic version buttons are all sent to http://www.xxxxxxxxxxx/undefined
I got round it by going into my browser settings and selecting "request desktop site"
Or if you really want to use the mobile version but can't log in, go to the address bar, after the .co.uk (or whatever extension you use) and add /login eg www.abcdefg.co.uk/login and this should let you log in

I wanna use Safari, not Google Chrome. And it's annoying that I always need to click «Request Desktop version». Also, I don't know if other users have the same problem.

I need a fix for this. It seems like many people are having it.

Going into settings or browser settings and select Desktop view has worked for me   

Although it doesnt last from one visit to the next but is simple to do
