Utility Panel Denying Access

So I've recently (within the last five minutes) tried to access the utility panel. Not the admin panel, the one that restores the site to an earlier time. Its completely locking me out, yet again. I'm getting real tired of screwing with it since every time I've had to come here and have Sanket or someone reset the password that I know for a fact is not wrong.

Can someone explain this?

Is it coming up with an error code or some kind of error?

No its just telling me my entire login is wrong. Even though I have kept the same password for awhile now.
