    I follow this guide but its not working correct.
    Update 1:
    I have placed the blue bar but it is showing inside the border http://prntscr.com/33kona how can I move it on the top and outside of border?

    I think something it disabled them in my css and/template, do you know what must i search in my css?

    Update1:
    I have found and the following code in CSS Stylesheet
    Code:
    #pun-qpost a.exthelp {display: none}
    and I change the display variable into block and the problem has been solved.
