There are some forums which require payment to modify the admin panel and unfortunately, you got one of those forums .

You have to pay for access via Misc. < Credits Management

I can't find what Buttercup said but she said in a post that there are forums which require payment for template usage and apparently, your 'free trial' expired or something.

You have to pay credits again to use it.

But anyway ... Let me explain some stuff, I did mess up a lot of things in the old site so I had to delete it so that I can remake it and fix things , saved my codes too and I am 100% sure that I had access to the template editing before as I've edited it many times.

Then I made a new forum with a new email after deleting and validating the old one and got my codes out of there and all of my stuff , I would be grateful if Buttercup can give me permission to the template editing again because I can't pay at the moment and wasn't asked to be paid before as well as had access to the template editing on the old site.

P.S : Oh I almost forgot my forum contents was 100% English if that actually matters.

Of course, but as the basis your forum was created on the Egyptian Server (excuse me for the confusion), then amended, I think that it has not changed server.

But why would the old site have permissions to the template editing while this one don't even though it's the same server, it's the same language to and same contents? If I probably knew that I would have to pay to access the template editing in the new site , I wouldn't have deleted the old site(Even tho I had major problems in the old site).

I could tell you more.  The best would be, in my opinion, to wait that Buttercup give us more info on the problem.

I guess so, so It's not fair to have access to the templates editing in the old site and then we you remake a new one because of some problems in the old one that you suddenly have to pay for it ..

Some communities does not have the option to edit the templates for free.  They have to use credits.

But I was able to edit the templates on the old site that I deleted today(for free) due to some problems that I couldn't fix , it was the same IP/Content/Language and every other thing , why does it require me to pay now? It doesn't make any sense and not fair too =(
