I haven't even used my email for this site, I've tried many emails but none works.. I even created new but still not.. what's wrong?

That message means that there is a forum already with that email address.  You can only use one email address to create a forum.  You can not use the same email address to create two or more forums.

Try creating a forum in a different version, then when the forum is created, you can change the version.
