It is easy to find out:

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits > Management > Spend Credits > Ads

    Solved Remove credits

Post by itoh Tue 1 Apr - 1:08

I posted this question earlier and it was answered, but before I could post my response, it was open no longer. Why was it closed so quickly?

    My original question was:

How much does it cost to remove ads for one year (for members)?

    The response was:

It is easy to find out:
Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management > Spend Credits > Ads

I then wanted to ask the following but couldn't because my original question was closed.

All I see is a list and the last one is:

Add 12 month(s) : 1000 Credits, (but I cannot click in the circle.) Nor do I see a cost for the 1000.

Also, I see at the top: Details Ads are disabled for your members until 16 May 2014. "The ads are not disabled"

It says "the ads ARE disabled" for my member until 16 May 2014,

but then it says "The ads are NOT disabled." What does that mean?

Did you purchase ads removable before hand?

Topic merged with the other Removed Credits topic. The topic has been unlocked.

    Solved Re: Remove credits

I paid for ad removal back in May 2013.
#1- All I wanted to know this time was how much it would cost (in May) if we purchased the credits for no ads when May 2014 arrives?

#2- Also, I was confused when it mentioned:

It says "the ads ARE disabled" for my member until 16 May 2014,

but then it says "The ads are NOT disabled."

    What does that mean?

    1. The prices are listed in your administration panel.

No one can tell you the cost because that cost is not the same for all forums (depends on activity but not only)

You cannot click in the circle because you do not have enough credits to.

You cannot see the cost for xxxx credits because it depends on the payment method you will choose.
    You can see prices here
ACP > Misc > Buy credits (cheaper with Paypal than any other methods like phone or SMS)

Normally you should have something like this
    Remove credits AWyvx4C
Line in red is for your members who are logged to your forum
Line in green is for members logged out or guests.
I think you paid to remove ads for your members but not guests.
