Disallowing new password request

I know that a forum with the hinted 'Disallow admin to send new password' means a genuine problem for I being the founder. But I am posting this here to let others know that it is. Not that I'm forcing the support team to get it done there and then. But creating an account on this forum requires me to post something before I can truly send private messages  But yes. That is what the problem 'is' at the moment...
