Hi
Are you using Javascript? I have encountered the same question in the French support so if possible, please try disabling the Javascripts and see if it fixes it. Once you see if it's fixed, re-install them one by one to check which has the bug and which has not so you can perform fixes .
Regards,
Pizza Boi

Not sure about the code panel problem, but my forum is extremely slow at the moment. It seems to get stuck waiting for 'illiweb.com'.
Edit: seems to be working OK again now.

I had, or rather I'm still having the same problem with Chrome. The chatbox would load up VERY slowly and the javascript seemed to break half of the times. I'm currently using Firefox where the 'lag' is much less.

Hello,
We can't tell if all servers are affected by slowdown issues, so it is advisable to provide your forum links(for those who are experiencing this) so that techs can check if ever they need to.

I've checked 8 random forums I'm a member of and that have a chatbox, all 8 have the same problem on Chrome. Surely it isn't a random connectivity error. I'm blaming the update that chrome has done on their javascript toolkit (since the SSL- heartbleed outcry)

Hello, our forum is more than slow. It takes several minutes before being able to access any page. I received a PM about 4 hours ago from a member that the forum was "wicked slow" and so I am not the only one experiencing the problem. At first I thought the server was completely down but if I wait several minutes, the page will finally come into view. In the meantime, I get "waiting for illiweb.com" at the bottom of the page.
My site address is crimsoncafe.forumotion.com
Edited to say that right now the forum appears to be back to normal. If anything changes, meaning it goes back to slow loading again, I'll let you know.

As others have said, my forum is being extremely slow today. I know it's not me, and it's not just in one browser. I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox, both take a couple of minutes to load any single page, when normally it's just a matter of seconds. I've loaded some severely graphic heavy websites, so I know my connection is fine as well.

it took me over 5 minutes to get into my group earlier. I tried twice after that to get in and couldn't. I am in there now and it seems to be ok, but will see later on. it was showing loading as ' waiting for illiweb.com'

Hello!
I have the same problem with every of my forums. Funny enough though that the Support forum isn't affected...
anyway... my forum links:
these aren't all of them, but there's too many to name them all... it's on every forumotion forum, like somebody else mentioned before.
And it sucks! (sorry, just had to be said.)

I am also having this issue on www.ztwildlife.forumotion.com . It loads fast before you log in, but after it takes a long time to load.

I've sorta got the same problem. All the bbc code options disappeared for a few users when it was working fine last night. They have the basic options but basically the whole editor is missing. The forum is also very slow for a few of them.

Right, so I personally haven't had the issue; but my entire staff and several of my members have been reporting slow loading, bad connectivity, and chat box errors to me all day. I'm assuming most of our problems are related to the same issues as the rest. The only issue I haven't had reports of is the BBCode disappearing. My forum is:
