How to move a topic to a differnt forum

I have searched for help and have had no luck.  If there is a tutorial on this please point me in the right direction.

We had some members who were very excited and posted a topic before we had categories or forums.  We now have a category and forum their topic would fit perfectly in.

How do I move it?

You should be able to see mod tools (Considering you are admin) in a part of the topic such as these:


If you don't know the meaning of the buttons, just hover over them and a meaning called 'Move topic' should be presented, click on it and move the topic where it should be.

I do not see those mod tools.  Possibly I am looking in the wrong place.  Could you tell me or show me where those tools would be?  Or maybe I set something up wrong?

We are using a basic layout/skin that is provided with the board and have made no real changes to it.

Found them.  Had to click on the "moderate this forum" writing on the bottom of the page.  I was looking for buttons within the topic/thread/forum
