I have 2 clans, but when members sign up, or I go to manually put them in, I only have one clan to choose from. I have looked at the settings for both under group administration, and they are set the same. What am I doing wrong?

Can you screenshot your "Group Administration" page? You may block out information you may not want to share with public. I only need to see the groups. Make sure the group is not "hidden."

I have it set to open. I have checked several times, but even as an admin, it won't let me place people in it. It only gives me one options, rather than the 2.

May I get the screenshot? I have four minutes before I have to go so I might not be able to assist right now. I will check this once again once I get back home.

Is the group in question open, closed, or hidden?

Both are open. I have checked them both a million times to see if the settings are the same and they are, the one just won't show up as an option when people go to join.

Could you send me a pm with a test account with access to the administration panel?

Edit:  After using the test account, I do not see any issue with those two groups.  I saw on both groups the add member button and box.

If you mean choosing the group, there is a drop-down menu that list the groups on the group page.
