So i need theese picture to be bigger 1600x400 but in better resolution. The problem is when i upload the pictures they are really small, so when i enlarge then they go blurry and unclear. So that is what i want

Isn't a good idea to resize them, this images will lose their quality and will look blured. Are you sure you want to resize them?

Yes, but when you resize them isnt it possible to better the quality ? That is what i want

No it isn't possible, it's all quality will lose and will look blured how I already said.

You can't blow stuff up as much as your wanting and not get some blurring. Even using a special PS plug in, it will only come out so good.
Here's how they turned out and are about as good as you'll be able to get.
