Why is this forum still active?

I deleted this forum a month ago and validated that deletion. Why is it still up and with a new member who was banned at both the original forum at that site and my current forum?

Can you log in using your login details?

If you can't then its likely that person or another person created the forum.

That forum was created on May 17, 2014.

The first photo is the restored forum that was there for 4 years. I am the owner of the name and the forum itself. The second photo is the bogus one. Any harm caused to the Watchlord name or reputation will be met with swift legal action not only in the states but in France as I am a French citizen and my cousin Jean Jaffry is a practicing attorney there.
 I would like to make certain that the stature of my family is known. That is my father below who happens to be one of the most decorated soldiers to have served in the Free French.  I am certain that Forumotion will remove the bogus forum designed not only to play on my forum and reputation but designed to damage it as well. The banned party at the Watchlord forum tritiniteshine and now registered at this site was involved in attempting to damage the watchlord forum reputation as well as mine at facebook and elsewhere.

and even better yet this bogus forum which is playing on my hard earned reputation and good will is now showing up on google. Your company allowed this BS and I hold forumotion responsible whether is ends in com or net which is interesting since I also had the .com version. I do not want to hear you cannot nor will not delete this bogus forum.

Well now, the re-direct at the bogus forum is going to slicker.me which is registered to someone in Panama, the same place where Invicta Watch Group originated and where this website with this on originated.

You deleted your forum and Someone's creating a forum, based off of your forum and using your forum name. 

If someone else has create a forum with the same name as your forum...we can't do anything about that.

If you do have a copyrighted on the name, then you need to file a litigation report to Forumotion.  We do not have contact with the legal team.  I really do not know if you can copyright the word watchlords.

Actually in the United States, trademark rights are acquired through use and I have not only used the term Watchlords since 2009 but the domain names watchlords.com, net and org were registered domains as well. Copyrights are the same. You have a copyright with use whether it be a photo you took which is copyrighted or a forum or forum name. Whether or not you have forumotion as part of the address is not relevant. What is relevant is the name Watchlords. Remove the forum or change the name to something else. You people deleted two entire forums from the original watchlord forum without my knowledge last year because you were afraid of defamation. I assure you that any comments made about me or my forum on this bogus forum will lead to a suit in the Federal courts in Eugene Oregon as will a copyright and trademark infringement suit.

Yes you can and will. Watchlords is a trademark and copyright owned by me. Any use by anyone else for a forum is a violation of them. Do not act like you know the law and then shrug your shoulders. It is also a method to divert traffic away from the real watchlord forum as well as using a re-direct with my address which then sends them to a scam site.

That means by the way that forumotion is complicit in fraud and that is a crime and a civil tort.


Litigation team? fine point me in the direction they are in. I will also add that Watchlords is recognized on line and elsewhere

I filed a litigation a bit ago but honestly, the method of doing so is childish and prevents all evidence from being uploaded. As you can already see from the posts, Watchlords has been recognized by a national publication and that alone provides proof of copyright and trademarks. The current forum as well as the forumotion version have been quoted on-line for almost 5 years. I have asked my attorney to draw up draft litigation for copyright and trademark infringement. Any damage to the reputation of my forum as well as loss of traffic or revenue will be added to the suit and financial damages sought.

Thank you. Apparently the issue has been resolved with the deletion of the bogus forum.

I am darksider the founder of the original watchlords. It is the ID I use when I do maintenance on the forum. Secondly, The concern was the bogus forum at the web address watchlords.forumotion.com not .net

The bogus forum and address which was started on 5/14 or so.







The original forum started by me in December of 2009 




A google search showing the name of both forums with .net being the forum I had started the fake being .com




Furthermore, the bogus forum had a re-direct to a bogus page which was logging IP addresses that came in and which then resulted in those IPs being banned at a sales watch forum owned by a watch company we have exposed in the past and which the one of the companies the news article refers to.

I restored the original forum to prove a point and that was they were not one and the same and that I am the copyright and trademark owner of Watchlords.  I filed a litigation yesterday under copyright and trademark infringement. Since the www.watchlords.forumotion.com is now removed and the web address now redirects to the restored original forum the matter is resolved.

I guard my privacy and my creations which include Watchlords. I have had my home broken into, my privacy invaded, my life threatened, and last year a blackmail attempt by the same people involved with the sales forum in question. I will defend myself, members of the watchlord forum and my property zealously.

I would most likely make a public waver.....it help know who owns and etc.
