    Hello Hikari_hime,

It depends how active your forum is, if there is enough activity, bots from search engines such as google, yahoo, and bing, will come to visit your forum. The position in the search results depends on traffic to your forum. Do not expect your forum to instantly be the first result of a search as there may be other results which are much more popular.

Your best option is to ensure your forum is active and continually has new members, threads, and content; any activity really. You can also setup keywords for your forum by Administration Panel > General > Search Engines

Thank you for your reply, but may you tell me how many topics, messages, members... that are required to display on google? I try to put my link on search bar and no result was find. Sometime I see the "google" name on my statistics but It doesn't stay there all time.

Sadly there isn't a magic number, google will crawl your forum eventually. Also remember there could be over 4 million results and you could be on page 300.

Hikari, in order to come up on google...

    1.  you need to go to your admin panel.. click the 'general' tab,  then click 'statistics',  and then 'google analytics'. There you need to fill that out, right, which is hard, but if you take your time and concentrate, you can get it done.

You'll know when you're getting it done right, because it will let you register with all sorts of other search and tracking sites - and by all means, yes, you want to submit the name of your forum to them.  The more the better!

    2. Ok, and also at the General Tab of your admin panel, scroll down to the "Forum Promotion" section, and completely fill out  1. Search Engines,   2. Forum Directory,  and  3.Traffic Exchange. Those are part of it.

    3. In general, you need to go through every page of your admin panel meticulously and fill everything out as best can be done. There are things that matter, like for example:

~ you can chose what it will say on a browser's tab when someone is at your forum.

~ and you can fill in what the site description will say which will appear in google's results.

These are things which help brand and identify your forum on the internet.

    4. You also need to post a link to a privacy policy notice, in your footer, like this one-

sample privacy policy you may copy and modify for your own use

Basically, you just post that in your rules section, or 'welcome info' section which you create...and then post a link of it in your forums footer, which will appear like this:

Why my forum doesn't display on google? 110

When google's bots see that, and the language "privacy policy", and notice that the link goes to one, you will suddenly become rated as much more reputable for placing in search results by google.

    5. There are other tricks too. For instance, the more links you have posted on your forum that go to other sites, the better. I don't know exactly why that works, but it's one of many tips you can find if you google "search engine optimization" (otherwise known as "SEO"). (Do that!)

It is a bit of work building and running and growing a site.
    But Google is your friend.
And so is patience, and diligence in just studying and trying to get what you're reading and applying it.

I wish I could offer more specifics but trust me, if you use the search feature at this forum, you can find out ANYTHING! (it's all been asked and documented)

Good luck!  A Forumotion forum is a great thing. Have fun!  Cool

PS - just to show you it can be done (and it is exciting when you make it happen):
