I'm running a forum for a private Euro Truck Simulator 2 virtual trucking company (we play the game multiplayer and we do jobs like it would be real life)

I'm a bit ashamed that I need to ask such a big favour to this community but I have no idea about scripting and this community is very experienced in scripting.



What I need is a form where all the drivers can add a completed job (like From city x to city y) where they can add the following info in fields:

Actually I tought about a easier way to do it. I just need a button in the navbar that would link to sending me a private message, with the form already prepared in it, so they fill it and send it to me and I would add the rest manually in a closed sub-forum

Indeed that will be very complicated(for me), I think it would also require a server side scripting for the data to be stored, however, we have a tutorial on which you can have automatic forms when creating a new topic:

Also, you can make use of profile fields when you want to display information under the avatar:
AP > Users & Groups > Profile fields
