That is not the rank.  It is your username.

Rank is what is under the avatar.

Please add the following Rule to your Style Sheet :
Administration Panel > Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

Code:

.module .h3 { color:#FFF; }

Everyone if that is the account that is created when you create the forum then the username is Admin.

Is it the username or the background that needs to be changed?
