"Maintenance In progress"

For all this week no matter what time of day or on which computer I try, whenever I try to access the mailbox administration it comes up with 
"Maintenace In Progress" 
and says 

• We are actually proceeding a maintenance and will be back in a few minutes.
  You will find useful informations on our Support forum. Sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused by this maintenance. Thank you for your patience
  

It has been the longest few minutes ever this. Any ideas what is going on?
I have tried clearing cache etc. and still the same. It is the only bit of the admin panel not accessable.

Infact, our datacenter worked on improvement of our server that could have caused some maintenances.
We do appologize for the trouble.
