Solved Moving from 1 personalized domain to a new personalized domain

Post by GREENER June 30th 2014, 2:48 pm

I run an online gaming league for Madden football and we have been very happy forumotion and our personalized domain!

But - with the progression of the league to next generation consoles we are forced to change our personalized domain (which was ps3maddengroup.com - clearly that's  far from an ideal domain when we start using the next gen console in August)

    - the domain expired and based on instructions from buttercup - I "deleted" the personalized domain... In the instruction post by buttercup, I was told that a couple days after deletion I would be able to purchase a NEW personalized domain...

It's now going on 5 days and I still do not have the option to purchase the new domain.... (It still giving me the option to renew my old personalized domain even though I didn't renew that domain when it expired recently and I deleted the personalized domain as instructed by buttercup...)

    - should I be doing something else to get my new personalized domain up and running?

FYI - u can access our website at:

    http://maddengroup.forumotions.net

My second question is how can I re-ESTABLISH  all the basic toolbar functionality? I made customized icons for our toolbar and erased the normal toolbar that came with the basic skin that I started with (now that we have a new URL the pathways linking these custom icons are all incorrect and nobody can navigate using these icons - or any customized link)

     - the main problem is that we need to be able to move from our PORTAL PAGE to the MESSAGE BOARD (and vice versa)

    Hello

The domain name is not deleted. You can access to your forum only via the original url Smile
You can now buy a new domain name for 1600 credits via your admin panel
