Adfly page issue

Its finally happened, I cant log in to my site ........ when I try log into my user account im taken to another website called adf.ly,

I posted a topic last week where I was already logged in, but couldn't get into admin, I sorted this temporarily by disabling where I had to re confirm my password to get into admin......this morning I go on site and im not logged in and this adf.ly comes up.

The strange thing is this seems to only happen on my laptop, as far as I know the main PC allows me on as normal (well it did last time)....Could this be a bug etc on my Laptop ?  Can the members of staff contact me again please to allow me to PM them my details/IP as requested last time, or advise please......

Gets stranger by the minute this, I have a "few" accounts on my Forum (naughty I know...lol) and I can log in as normal on  my laptop to any of these, but yet I cant log in on my own name which I use all day, every day......

Please, for any request you must provide the url of your forum. Otherwise we won't be able to help you

There are 2 reasons of having an Adfly page. The first one, your forum has been banned because it doesn't fit with our ToS (but i don't think it is that) The second reason is our anti spam tool has listed your account.

By consequences, I need your forum URL + your username on the forum
