Exporting forum data

Hello,

Since 2011 we are using a forummotion forum for our community, But now we wanna change to a other forum software, But we have one problem we don't want to lose our forum data like topic's, post's, users etc so our question is is it possible to export the forummotion data to our future new forum software?
