domain name expired and original url not opening!

Please can you tell me why I and my co-admin are both unable to access our site via it's original address?

expired domain name:
 www.sistersbookroom.net

original url:
www.sistersbookroom.bbactif.com

The original url keeps reverting to the new domain name and takes us to an unrelated page of ridiculous ads!

Our founder is unavailable to help out and I have forgotten the founder account password too!

We are very disappointed in forumotion for the way we have been locked out of our own site for not being able to spend our credits in time to renew the domain name. If a reminder was sent to all admins about renewing the domain name it would save your users a lot of trouble.

I have checked your forum. Infact, a technical problem happened while renewing your domain name.
Now your forum is available via both url.
