    Solved Rules forum only shown when new members join?

    I'm an admin on a Bearville forum and I would like it to be changed where when new members join they can only see the rules forum. Once they post on the rules forum, the rest of the forums will be shown. Can this be done? Someone on that forum said it can be, but I'm not sure how to do it. I tried searching it up myself, but I thought that this would be the best place to ask.

    Create a group for new members.  Then change the permissions for the forums you want hidden from that group.
