I keep trying to get a new background (Panel>>Display>>Pictures & Colors>>Pics Management>>Advanced) but it is not working! My admin panel says that it has this new photograph I uploaded as a background, but it is just not showing up.

And I want the background to not be that college, but it won't go away. What do I do?

What is going on? Can someone help me?

Also, does anyone know how to center the forum menu?
