How can I stop certain posts appearing

How can I stop certain posts appearing in the 'Latest Topics' widget in the portal, I seem to have a lot of calendar events appearing and I would rather they didn't at all, they seem to be being picked up either from the Calendar or my 'Events forum' My forum portal is here http://www.draytondubs.com/portal

I watched your 'latest topics' widget and most of them are coming from the forum 'clubs/show meets' which hasn't got anything to do with your calendar events.

There is no way to stop them appearing in your forum's 'latest topics' widgets I'm afraid as you can't limit that widget to specific forums.

Those posts in the clubs/show meets were posted in the calendar as an even but show up in that particular forum. I have just added one to the Calendar and it has now appeared here http://www.draytondubs.com/f18-show-scene-club-meets

Okay so to stop the association between calander and event go to ACP --> Modules --> Calendar --> Configuration --> Select the forum associated with your events  --> Select the blank space from the dropdown box.
