Banners

Hi
I have a beauty forum, and I already made banners for Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth sub-forums. 
In each of these forums, there is a contestant's topic, where can I add a banner for each one of them in their respectives topics?

I am confused about what you are asking.  Could you post screenshots of what you want?

Here is my forum's address if you want to visit, if you see there is a forum for Miss Universe also of the rest of the pageants, in that forum each contestant has a topic, in the Administration Panel can I add a banner for each contestant topic? I mean before opening a contestant topic, I want a banner to been seen.
