Forgot My Log in password on admin account

Hi all,
I stupidly forgot the password to my admin account of my forum. The disallow new password to be sent to admin is yes please help.
I can't access my account.

Who did you PM?

If you PMed Buttercup you'll be waiting until tomorrow as she's out of office right now.

If you want you can remove the PM by going to your PM Box --> Outbox --> Then clicking the box that's associated with that PM then go to delete message.

Then you could send it to me. Its up to you, I just thought I'd let you know.
