Ive had on a couple of occasions someone join and after a couple of weeks write a long message about how they can supply fake passports, visas, driving licenses and other documentation. Now to me I would have thought this a really bad security problem in which I have contacted the police but they said because of the way its been written with the word novelty in it its a get around.

Now banning the ip address is a waste of time because Im positive they are using a proxy ip, (hidden) as this time the the ip was from a different country to the last time.

Ive saved the message and ip and user name should admin want to look into this.

Sadly their isn't much we can do. You've just got to keep banning the person and deleting the spam.

When banning the member make sure  you ban the Ip Address the name of the member and the Email address they used this way it will be harder to get back in your forum.
