Chatbox Problem

I have few questions bout the chatbox
FIRST..
I wanna add a Text Link to "RULES" on my forums chatbox announcement but i have no idea how to can anybody help me?


and SECOND
Is there a way to remove the "session timeout" its really annoying that everytime we go afk for just 5 mins we get disconnected. 

For the first one.. You can include text, but I'm not sure how link can be added..

You can try to add LINK in the content part, but I'm not sure whether it supports that or not.

For second, I would personally suggest to install Avacweb chat. It has an inbuilt option to disable timeout and don't worry its based off of Forumotion Chatbox only
(Google avacweb chat to install)
