Founder has gone missing; can't access much of the admin tools.

Hi there guys,

So, my friend (the founder of the forums) & I created a forum for our clan on a video game called RuneScape. Everything was going swimmingly, until about 2 and a half months ago, when he completely disappeared from said forums as the founder of the Forumotion itself. I have tried contacting him, to no avail, and not being able to work on my clan's site fully is becoming very frustrating.

For reference, my clan's site is http://dusk-rs.com

I'm stumped at what to do. It says he came online for a few minutes in early July, but he has not even attempted to contact me about admin stuff. 

Can anyone help me out? Is there any way to transfer founder profiles? I really need to get this sorted out.

In order to get a hold of the founder account the forum must be out of action for 6 months and one day.
