I want to forbid users to respond themes with emoticons.
An example.
If some user responses theme with icon opinion not appear to show him this inscription

So you want to remove the smileys from certain members?

Can not satisfy consumer topics only smiles. Because some of them write in their opinions only 1 emoticons.

Yes

Even if you remove the smileys, members can manually enter the code for the smileys.

At the current moment, I do not think there is a way to do this other then deleting their posts and telling them that it isn't allowed and trying to moderate their posts to make them stop posting single smilies. However, a suggestion has been made requesting that a minimum & maximum character limit be added to ForuMotion to help with the prevention of spam and this could also be used to help with what you are wanting.
