Sound play when new message

I was woundering if theres a way to fix it to when you get a PM that it can play a sound... 

For example 

A user wrote me a PM on my forums ... and it played *MP3* when i gotten it... 

if you can figure what im saying.. IF its possible :p

Only a master on javascript can do that and if he/she can do that. As far as i know its very difficult and no one managed to do that.

Well I don't really know much about JavaScript and anything like that... It nonething really Required to have . i just thought it would be cool to have something like that.
