    Solved Saving profile settings issue?

    Hello, so I'm on a forumotion and one of our members was trying to update/save new information in their profile and got the message 'Sorry, you cannot subscribe to this forum. Please contact the administrator.' I'm just a Moderator on the site, but how can we go about fixing this?

    Has the user tried to unsubscribe from anything.

    Is he still getting this? It could just have been a one time error.
