    Solved No email following request to delete forum

    Hi, I have requested deletion of my forum but am not receiving the follow-up email to confirm deletion. Please help.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you do the following.

    ACP --> General --> Delete Forum --> Type DELETE and Send --> OPEN A NEW TAB (don't navigate away from the page telling you an email was sent) --> Go to your email in the newly opened tab and click the delete link.

    Let me know if that doesn't work.

    I have done precisely that 3 times since yesterday...and no email received !
